After identifying the right muscles just do the bladder control exercise thrice a day. Select the convenient time which is suitable to you and do the exercise as the daily routine. There are 2 sets of the exercises which you require to do. The first one is contracting the Pubococcygeous muscles for 4 to 12 seconds and then relaxing the muscles for a same duration. This sequence you have to repeat for 12 to 15 minutes.

The 2nd one is contracting the Pubococcygeous muscles hardly for the second and then relaxing the muscles for a same duration. This sequence you can repeat for 18 to 20 times. You can do the repetition of the sequence in 3 times a day which will help in speeding the contraction till there is the fluttery sensation.
