Overactive bladder is a urological condition characterized by sudden need to urinate due to bladder spasms. In general, the ability of person to hold urine depends upon the normal function of the lower urinary tract. However, many people think that limiting fluid intake will lessen the formation of urine and the condition will improve. But the fact is that inadequate amount of fluid in the body makes urine more concentrated and leads to frequent urination. In addition, inadequate hydration will leads to constipation and worsen the overactive bladder condition.

By maintaining an adequate food intake, incorporating cereals, whole grains, prunes in diet, exercising regularly and supplementing natural bladder control medication helps to get rid of overactive bladder.
